Mülheim, a fairly large city in the heart of the Ruhr area (Germany / North Rhine-Westphalia) was the site of a festive divine service with Chief Apostle Richard Fehr on Sunday, 03.10.2004. The Thanksgiving Day service concluded with an ordination and a silver wedding blessing. [more]

Jean-Luc Schneider is the new district apostle in France
(28.09.2004) Nizza. Jean-Luc Schneider (45) is the name of the new district apostle of the ÉNA (the French acronym for the New Apostolic Church) France. He succeeds District Apostle René Higelin (65) in this task, now that the latter has been granted a well deserved retirement after 46 years of ministerial activity. Chief Apostle Richard Fehr honoured him and his activity with moving words on Sunday, 26 September 2004. [more]
Two new apostles and four new bishops ordained in Chicago

Chief Apostle Richard Fehr recalled these words of Jesus during the divine service he conducted in Chicago, in which he retired two well-known personalities of faith: Apostles Ernest Vovak and Walter Wicke. The church in Northern India organises relief effort: Hundreds of thousands of people flee their homes
(03.09.2004) Zurich. Torrential monsoons with powerful masses of water are still driving hundreds of thousands of people from their villages in the border region between India and Bangladesh. A tidal wave has already been covering the area for more than a month. The continuing heavy rainfall is making the situation worse day by day. And monsoon season is not even over yet: new rainfall continues to threaten again and again. The international church administration of the New Apostolic Church has agreed to dip into emergency reserves from its catastrophe relief fund to help. [more]
The Youth Care Project Group: An understanding minister to talk to...

Understanding faith - Faith in practice - Life help: the new youth strategy, more accurately known as "Youth care in the New Apostolic Church," is divided up into these three subject headings. The members of the Youth Care Project Group estimate that the manual will be available for distribution later this year. For now it will contain 10 of a total of 45 youth meeting lessons, along with a conceptual description of youth care, and it will be distributed among the youth ministers in the congregations. [more]
Ho and Accra - Festive divine services in Ghana

Announcement: Position of the New Apostolic Church on the 'Evolution Theory'

The New Apostolic Church considers the evolution theory not to be an appropriate explanation of the Creation, since the considerations in this theory do not include God as Creator. However, the theory maintains that the scientific findings on the evolution are not in contradiction to the interpretations of the Bible. [more]
