Divine service in Ushuaia, the “Bay to the East”

More precisely, the Tierra del Fuego is not a “land” at all, but rather a group of many islands separated from the mainland by the Magellan Strait. Ordination in Brazil

(14.11.2006) São Paulo. With a surface area of 8.5 million square kilometres, Brazil is the fifth-largest country on earth. On account of the great distances that need to be covered, Chief Apostle Wilhelm Leber ordained another Apostle to help in the work of the District Churches of Brazil and Bolivia. Jackets no longer required when conducting divine services in the hot summer

When the temperatures rise in high summer, ministers of the New Apostolic Church are no longer required to wear their jackets when preaching from the altar during divine services. To date, officiating ministers have had to wear a black suit in divine services. District Apostle Meeting approves support program for musical development

(26.10.2006) Zurich. The Church leadership of the New Apostolic Church intends to support musical development. This was decided by the District Apostle Meeting during its fall session in Zurich. New decisions by the District Apostle Meeting

(25.10.2006) Zurich. The fall session of the District Apostle Meeting of the New Apostolic Church ended on Friday with some new decisions. Both theological and organisational conclusions were reached at the conference. With the exception of two District Apostles who were ill, all District Apostles and District Apostle Helpers attended the District Apostle Meeting in Zurich. more ...

District Apostle Mario Fiore will retire in November

(11.09.2006) Buenos Aires. District Apostle Mario Fiore (69), leader of the New Apostolic District Church of Argentina, will retire on 5 November. Chief Apostle Wilhelm Leber will travel to Argentina for this event, where he will conduct a divine service on Sunday, 5 November 2006 in the capital city of Buenos Aires, and then another on Tuesday, 7 November 2006 in Ushuaia (Tierra del Fuego), the southernmost New Apostolic congregation of the world. more ...

The international website in its new format

On 1 August 2006 it will appear with a modernised visual format and enriched content.
