NAC Netherlands is using a new Bible translation

(05.09.2006) Amersfoort. On 1 September 2006 a new translation of the Bible was introduced in the New Apostolic District Church of the Netherlands, namely the “Nieuwe Bijbel Vertaling” (NBV). European Youth Day 2009: The mega-event begins to take shape!

(25.08.2006) Dortmund. A second preparatory meeting for the New Apostolic Church’s planned European Youth Day took place on Thursday and Friday in Dortmund. Twenty-three representatives from all European District Apostle districts assembled under the direction of District Apostle Armin Brinkmann in order to decide on the most essential elements of content and organisation. Earthquake relief at work in Indonesia

(22.08.2006) Dortmund/Mawen. Earthquake relief is at work in Indonesia! "NAK-karitativ", the aid organisation of the New Apostolic Church headquartered in Dortmund reports this information in its most recent newsletter. The locally responsible earthquake relief coordinator, Apostle Edy Isnugroho, reports on the first reconstruction efforts to restore churches and homes. Machines and building materials have arrived and are being put to work in the meantime. Reconstruction of homes has also begun in Mawen, the most heavily damaged area in the deployment region. more ...

Close collaboration between “NAK-karitativ” and the “Henwood Foundation”

The relief organisation of the New Apostolic District Churches of Germany, "NAK-karitativ", has pledged to collaborate closely with the "Henwood Foundation", the aid organisation of the New Apostolic District Church of Zambia, in its agricultural projects. With the help of suitable agricultural methods and drought resistant crops, farmers will in future be able to produce enough for themselves as well as the marketplace. more ...

Festive divine service in October will bring staff changes to the NAC Switzerland

As District Apostle Armin Studer, leader of the New Apostolic District Church of Switzerland, relates in a letter to his congregations, there will be some personnel changes made on Sunday, 22 October 2006: Apostle Rudolf Schneider (65) and Bishop Hanspeter Nydegger (65) will both be retired.
