The District Apostle Meeting of the New Apostolic Church in Karlsruhe ratified a new interpretation of the Church’s understanding of the “woman clothed with the sun” mentioned in chapter 12 of the Revelation of John. As of now the New Apostolic Church regards the “woman clothed with the sun” to be the fellowship of believers who have entered into a special relationship of proximity to Jesus Christ, who believe in Him, and who profess Him. more ...

New English-language hymnal nears completion in Cape Town

(02.05.2006) Zurich. The new German-language hymnal of the New Apostolic Church is only a little over a year old, and now a new English-language hymnal is nearing completion as well. It has been developed as a collaborative effort of music specialists from the New Apostolic District Churches of Australia, Canada, Cape, South East Africa, USA, and Zambia. If all goes according to schedule, the new hymnal will be introduced into the congregations by the end of 2007. more ...

(28.04.2006) Karlsruhe. An international District Apostle’s Meeting of the New Apostolic Church took place in Karlsruhe on 20 and 21 April. The district apostles and district apostle helpers from around the world gathered to discuss theological, strategic, and organisational matters. Unanimously, they decided that, as of Pentecost 2008, the Lord’s Prayer will be prayed according to the text of the official Bible version in use in each language. more ...
