“Come to my Jesus” is the official song of the European Youth Day

Come to my Jesus, glory to the Lord!” So reads the first line of the official song of the European Youth Day organised by theNew Apostolic Church. Sigi Hänger (36), a musician from the vicinity of Stuttgart, is the composer of the song. His piece, “Come to my Jesus”, garnered 31 percent of all votes submitted. more ...

The European Youth Day program guide is now available on the internet

(05.05.2009) Düsseldorf. From 21 – 24 May 2009, the New Apostolic Church will be hosting a European Youth Day in Düsseldorf. The program booklet with over 300 pages is now ready for download on the internet, 16 days before the big event is scheduled to take place. The approximately 35,000 participants will be able to choose from about 175 program options, among them workshops, presentations, many musical performances, and panel discussions. Optimism 77 days before the European Youth Day

(06.03.2009) Düsseldorf. The New Apostolic Church is planning a European Youth Day on which many thousands of young people have been invited to the Düsseldorf fair grounds in May 2009. With only a few weeks to go before the big event, the atmosphere is charged with optimism and anticipation. The first press conference announcing the event took place yesterday in Düsseldorf. District Apostle Armin Brinkmann opened the conference with the statement: “Optimism in times of crisis”. “Take a Look!” - a photo contest to promote the EYD of the New Apostolic Church

(10.02.2009) Düsseldorf. “Take a look!” is the name of the international photo contest for the European Youth Day of the New Apostolic Church, which is scheduled to take place in Düsseldorf from 21 to 24 May 2009. The company EPSON-Germany was secured as a partner for this campaign, and will award interesting prizes for the best submissions. (03.02.2009) Zurich. “Christ – my future!” is the official motto of the eagerly awaited European Youth Day of the New Apostolic Church, which is scheduled to take place from 21 to 24 May 2009. Chief Apostle Wilhelm Leber, international leader of theNew Apostolic Church and patron of this project had the following to say on the subject: “ Christ – my future is more than merely a short-term slogan that has been chosen for the moment.
