Setting: A total of 318 Apostles from all continents gathered in South Africa to celebrate Pentecost. Again the agenda included an international Apostle Meeting - in which all but three Apostles were able to take part. The Sunday divine service took place in the Sandton Convention Centre. A total of 1.6 million participants were able to enjoy the service via satellite transmission. At the end of the divine service Chief Apostle Richard Fehr ordained ten Apostles and seven Bishops for various African countries.

Pentecost greeting: “Therefore be patient, brethren, until the coming of the Lord. […] You also be patient. Establish your hearts, for the coming of the Lord is at hand” (excerpt from James 5: 7-8).

Core thoughts: “Let us remain in the imminent expectation of the Lord’s return. The bridal congregation of the Lord is preparing for the marriage of the Lamb. Let us take the necessary time to occupy ourselves with this. I call upon all brothers and sisters around the world: ‘Find time for the work of the Lord! Find time for your souls! Find time to pray!’”
