Setting: This divine service was translated into 18 languages and transmitted to 41 countries by satellite. Around 220,000 souls were thus able to enjoy the divine service experience. A total of 59 District Apostles and Apostles from Europe had assembled. On the Saturday before, they took part in the European Apostle Meeting.

Pentecost greeting: “For our citizenship is in heaven, from which we also eagerly wait for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ, who will transform our lowly body that it may be conformed to His glorious body, according to the working by which He is able even to subdue all things to Himself” (Philippians 3: 20-21).

Core thoughts: “Those who enjoy a particular citizenship must reckon with the fact that their citizenship also entails certain duties. A citizen not only has rights, but also obligations. I will summarise the obligations of the citizens of the kingdom of heaven with the thought: ‘No half-measures!’ Please let us not be half-hearted when it comes to fulfilling the duties of our citizenship.”
